I want to get stronger and fitter, will reformer pilates help?

Yes, at Core Reformer Pilates, we help you get fit, but we also help you get stronger so that you can push yourself. The stronger and fitter you become, the easier it gets, and then you can move up to more intense and challenging movements on the Reformer Bed, which helps. As with all exercises, regular attendance means regular gains and improvements. It would be best if you aimed for at least once or twice a week.
