Yes, we coach pregnant ladies, and it is also encouraged to exercise while pregnant.
Reformer Pilates is not a vigorous exercise like running or lifting weights. It is stabilised on a unique bed and is an ideal form of exercise during pregnancy.
However, we advise you to seek advice from your medical practitioner beforehand that you are medically safe to exercise. Furthermore, at Core Reformer Pilates, we tailor all exercises to each circumstance and assess you before you start any exercise. This will also depend on how many weeks pregnant you are and if you have had any previous complications. We suggest you give us a call if you want to discuss your specific circumstance.
